Offloading & Bay Transit
Offload machinery from trailers and maneuver onto foundation pits using rotating load skates and hydraulic jacks.
Base Placement & Jacking
Lower machine gently over anchor bolts and place onto leveling shims and anti-vibration mounting pads.
Precision Leveling
Verify longitudinal and transverse levels with precision spirit instruments and adjust shims to OEM tolerance.
Anchor Torque & Grouting Prep
Torque foundation bolts, re-check level tolerances, and prepare the baseplate for final non-shrink epoxy/cement grouting.
